You must be 21 years or older to order any wine, for yourself or as a gift. Adult signature (21+) is required for all shipments containing wine. No PO Boxes.

Our products are packaged to order and guaranteed fresh, or we will replace them right away. We also guarantee that the package shipped to you arrives in good order, or we will replace any damaged product. We do not offer refunds beyond that guarantee. If no adult is available to sign and the package returns to us, we offer a full refund on the products, minus the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.

If the weather is unseasonably warm or cold, we may hold a package in-store or recommend overnight rates. Free-shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska. We ship only to the states listed on our Licenses page.
